Children Dangerously Flirting Online.

Hello My Friends;

Let's not get too comfortable with what our youth are doing online. This includes our personal children or youth in our programs.  And yes, this includes youth ministries.  There are some dangerous things that seem innocent, that are happening to our youth across this country.  Let's do all we can to stay informed and safe.  This article is a good read on this topic:  Children Dangerously Flirting Online by William D. Jackson

Enjoy and let me know what you think...

"Today"

For my first post to my blog I wanted to share with you little motivation that I wrote some years ago. Take a look and we will chat on the other end...

Today

Today, has been gracefully given me, I will appreciate it.

Today is different, it may look like yesterday, but it’s not. Although, some of the fruit from yesterday may spring forth in today...Today is still different.

I have control of today, and yesterday is out of my reach . . . I can only wait for tomorrow, for it may show some of the results of what I do today.

I have to be smart with what I do today, for today will soon be gone.

Today, I will do things that others thought I couldn’t and doubted that I would.

Today, things I need to:

Start! I WILL START!!

Change! I WILL CHANGE!!

Do! I WILL DO!!

Learn! I WILL LEARN!!

Finish! I WILL FINISH!!

Start Over! I WILL START OVER!!

No matter how it looks, sounds, or feels; I will not QUIT!

It may not be simple… it may take hard work…

It will take COMMITMENT!

I'm committed!

Is it time for you to start something? Change something? Learn something? Finish something? How about start something over? There is no time like today. So, if its starting that business, or nonprofit, getting that GED, applying for that job, finishing that degree or mending a relationship (the list goes on and on)… It’s not too late. Ask God for his guidance, wisdom and strength and get to work.

See you on the other side…
